Another fantastic year for the TMKA

Another fantastic year for the TMKA nicely wrapped up with a grading so inspiring witnessing all levels stepping up today Highlight of my year is awarding the TMKA Grand Championship awards ….always given to students who have just done that little bit more over the year. This year’s awards went to 4 amazing TMKA students….Esmae Ludgate (7), Harry Ludgate (14), Laila Featherstone (14), Paul Jones (50).

Esmae is absolutely amazing winning so many medals this year in Interclubs, British and World Championship’s she has gained her TMKA 5* t-shirt in record time at the age of 7 which shows she has had more than 5 ring fights Harry has gained 2 British titles this year and 3 World Championship medals, absolutely amazing achievement Laila has once again lead from the front gaining two more British Titles and helping the whole squad throughout the year Paul Jones fought in his 1st ring fight and won against a man half his age and the following week gained a 2nd in the British Championship’s against a 3rd Dan black belt …….so inspiring at 50 years young great day, great year, great academy
