Newport Pagnell Kickboxing

The TMKA is a friendly Academy welcoming all ages, levels of fitness & opportunity to train with the whole family in Mixed training structured lessons.

TMKA practice Kickboxing & self defense. The classes are a fun way to improve fitness, build confidence for all ages, enhance discipline & week on week develop a relative life skill.

The TMKA syllabus focuses on the style of Kickboxing using full contact & boxing techniques in a controlled environment using full protective equipment. All classes include a Warm Up/ Warm Down & technical muscle memory improvement. Build your skills with Partner Work, Pad Work, Controlled Sparring & Self Defence sessions.

The TMKA is affiliated to The International Combat Organisation (ICO). TMKA have a 10 Belt grading syllabus: beginning at Red/White Belt through to Black Belt. With regular training a Black Belt can be achieved in 4 years with TMKA.

Our Ethos

Outside of competition the TMKA ethos is to promote confidence and character building in both young and old minds alike and to develop life and social skills that will help the student to progress in every area of their everyday life.

TMKA encourages ten key life skills including: courtesy, honesty, confidence, self-discipline, courage, gratitude, commitment, respect, perseverance and most importantly self-control.
